产品结构设计时需要考虑到缩水率吗?
呵呵!做结构为什么还要考虑塑料的收缩比?我总以为计算收缩比是模具厂的事情,做结构只管结构其它给模具厂做,是这样吗?
如果不是,应该怎么运用收缩比?
请前辈一解?:$ :$ 是缩水率吧,这个我们基本上不用管的吧!
当然,如果在同一个产品中,有几种不同的材料,并且精度要求较高的情况下,那么我们就需要根据不同的材料具有不同的缩水率,要把这一情况考虑进去了! 做结构应该对模具结构很清楚。知己知彼,更胜一筹。:)

补充说明一下,我们在产品设计过程中是无需考虑到缩水率的,缩水率是模具设计中考虑的,所以在产品配合中无需考虑缩水率!:) :) thanks gjhjdghjdghjhdgjdghjhgd I think you don't need to consider shrinkage factor. You should know you are responsible for product design such as construction of end parts in assembly. For manufacturing issue, moulding of plastic part should be taken care by tool maker. They receive your end product with required part for moulding. Their task is to design tooling for each different part. Shinkage factor is the one they consider in tooling design
I hope it's clear to you in product design process. Of course you understand better tooling process is benefitial to your work in product design. At least you won't design part that have undercut or too weak to be ejected from the tool :)ding
